Local Teacher of the Year accepts brand new car

DORCHESTER CO., Md. – The Teacher of the Year for Dorchester County accepted a brand new car on Tuesday.

The Dorchester County Public School System congratulated Cherie Robinson for being named Teacher of the Year, and her reward is a set of keys to a brand new Honda Passport, which she gets to drive for the school year. Ms. Robinson says she has always wanted a Honda Passport, but never imagined that doing what she loves most would put her in the drivers seat.
