Kanye West visits Talbot Co. restaurant

OXFORD, Md. – Rapper and music icon Kanye West had lunch at a restaurant in Oxford on Tuesday.

We’re told he feasted at Latitude 38, a restaurant known for seafood in casually refined surroundings. As you can see in the photo, it was all smiles during the visit.
