Dorchester Co. students receive dental kits

CAMBRIDGE, Md. – Sandy Hill Elementary kids were recently greeted by the tooth fairy – well, the next best thing to the tooth fairy.

Senator Addie Eckardt and Guardian Life were out in Dorchester County helping kids get a healthy start to the new school year. According to DCPS’ Facebook page, Senator Eckardt gave away 250 Guardians of the Smile youth dental kits during DCPS’ grab-and-go bag distribution.

The school system thanks Eckardt and Guardian for helping promote good dental hygiene for the kids!
