Vehicle damaged in shots fired incident
DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police say an unoccupied parked vehicle was shot at several times early Saturday morning.
At around 4:20 a.m., troopers responded to the 200 block of North Governors Boulevard in Dover for a reported criminal mischief of a vehicle. On arrival, it was determined that a vehicle parked in the driveway of the residence was shot at four times.
Police made contact with the occupants of the home, who reportedly denied seeing the shooting and could not provide any suspect information. The vehicle was registered to a guest of the residence, who was from Virginia. No one was injured.
