Scattered storms and mostly cloudy skies are in the forecast for Monday, while highs soar into the mid to upper 80s. Tuesday will be all eyes on Isaias as gusty winds, heavy rain, coastal flooding, high rip currents and surf will impact Delmarva. Temperatures will be around 80°, under cloudy skies.
