UPDATE: Gold Alert canceled for missing Milford man

8/17 UPDATE: Milford Police say Nicholas DeMarco has been located. The Gold Alert has been canceled.

MILFORD, Del.- Milford Police are issuing a Gold Alert for a missing 35-year-old man.

Police said Nicholas DeMarco was last seen and spoken to Sunday morning, while leaving 7300 block of Clubhouse Dr., Milford Ponds Development, in a 2013 Maroon Jeep Patriot.

DeMarco is described as a white male with brown hair and green eyes, he is approximately 5’08” and 140 lbs.

Police have been unable to make contact with DeMarco to check on his welfare and there is a real concern for his safety and well-being.
