Two dead after Millsboro crash
MILLSBORO, Del. – Two people are dead after a crash in Millsboro on Friday night.
Police say it happened around 6:30, when an 18-year-old man, identified as Keiner Diaz-Lopez, was driving his Toyota Corolla on Mount Joy Road. Police say for unknown reasons, the driver crossed the center line, driving directly into the path of an oncoming Ford. The Ford swerved to the right before being struck by the Toyota.
Police say Lopez was transported to a nearby hospital by ambulance and was pronounced dead. The driver of the Ford was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. One passenger of the Ford, 72-year-old John L. Bradley, was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, and another passenger of the vehicle was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
