Tawes Nursing Home to offer family visits via trailer

1280 Tawes Visitation

CRISFIELD, Md. – Tawes Nursing Home in Crisfield is working to help restore visitation while continuing to protect residents from COVID-19.

We’re told a visitation trailer is being put into place that will provide an accessible, safe location for residents to see their loved ones. Visitation will be by appointment only, and families of residents will be kept informed about the visitation process and scheduling by staff members.

“We are happy to be able to restore this important link between our residents and their loved ones while still limiting the risk,” said Kathleen Harrison, President of the McCready Foundation, Inc. “We thank families for their support of our efforts to keep COVID-19 outside of our walls.”
