DOVER, Del. – A 23-year-old woman is facing charges after police say she stole clothing from a Dover store.

Police say on Friday around 1:47 p.m., they responded to Citi Trends on Governors Avenue for reports of a robbery. Initial investigation shows that Jamiyla Jackson went into the store with her two six-year-old sons and started putting clothing into her purse. When she was stopped by an employee, police say Jackson pushed the employee into a clothing rack and then fled the store with the stolen merchandise and her children.

Jackson later turned herself in to police and now faces charges that include robbery, shoplifting, and endangering the welfare of a child.
