New creamery open, ready to serve the Milford community this holiday weekend

MILFORD, Del.- One ice cream business just had their grand opening this past Saturday for their creamery and are ready to bring business to Milford for the holiday weekend.

North Pole Creamery said starting this venture during the pandemic was not hard, but as they moved along they needed to make sure they were following restrictions when they opened.

Now that they are open, they have scheduled times to clean tables, they are wearing masks, and they have hand sanitizer for their customers.

We are told going into this holiday weekend they hope that they can bring foot traffic to the area and support the town in a safe way.

“We’re ready to help support local downtown Milford, any guests or even out of town guests that are coming in we’ve taken care of every protocol that we’ve can to make sure everybody comes in has a safe experience with us,” Amanda Pickrell, the General Manager of North Pole Creamery, said.

The General Manager told us that they are open seven days a week from 12 to 9, and on Saturdays they are open from 9 to 9 to be open at the same time as the Milford Farmers Market downtown.
