19-Year-Old facing charges after shots fired into car in intersection
FRANKFORD, Del. – A 19-year-old is facing charges after police say he shot at a car driving through an intersection in Millsboro.
The shooting happened on July second just before 8:45 at night when police responded to the intersection of Main Street and Daisy Road.
Preliminary investigation shows that 19-year-old Layne Parker fired a rifle at a car occupied by a 19-year-old male and a 27-year-old male while they traveled through the intersection.
Parker and the two other men apparently know each other and have a history of altercations. Nobody was injured during the incident.
Parker now faces charges that include possession of a firearm and reckless endangerment.
