Salisbury house fire under investigation

SALISBURY, Md. – Fire Marshals are working to determine the cause of a house fire that broke out in Salisbury Wednesday afternoon.

Firefighters responded to the blaze shortly after 3 p.m., in the 300 block of Martin Street. The fire was placed under control in approximately 20 minutes.

Officials have determined that the fire began in the crawl space of the home, but the cause has not yet been determined. Damage has been estimated at $30,000.
