Police: Woman threatens ex-boyfriend with machete, steals his car

MILLSBORO, Del. – One woman is facing charges after police say she threatened her ex boyfriend with a machete.

The altercation apparently happened back on May 29, when 33-year-old Nicole Pezold and her ex boyfriend took their children out to spend time together.

At some point, police say Pezold and her ex boyfriend got into a verbal fight, and that’s when Pezold she got the machete out of his car and threatened him. Police say she later took the ex boyfriend’s car and fled the area.

She now faces charges that include possession of a deadly weapon and aggravated menacing.
