Pedestrian identified in fatal Milford crash

MILFORD, Del. – Delaware state police have identified a pedestrian who was killed in a crash on Dupont Boulevard on Friday.

Police say 41-year-old Eric Dennis of Lincoln was killed when he apparently walked in front of a tractor traveling on the road and was struck.

Police say it’s still unknown why Dennis walked into the path of the truck as the crash remains under investigation.

The driver of the tractor, a 65-year-old male from Virginia, was not injured in the crash.
