Great white shark spotted off OC coast
OCEAN CITY, Md. – This week, some lucky fishermen spotted a great white shark off the coast in Ocean City.
Bunky McAllister posted a short video clip of the moment on Facebook with a caption reading “Offshore OC yesterday shark tagging on the Fish Finder when a white shark swam thru the baits!!”
In the video, the shark is seen swimming right alongside the boat and people on the boat can be heard saying “Oh my gosh! That’s a big female!”
According to Fish In OC, the shark was estimated to be 16 to 18 feet in length and weighing 2,000 to 3,000 pounds.
