Car parade held to celebrate Milford woman’s 102nd birthday

MILFORD, Del. – A car parade was held in Milford for Frances Bennett, who turned 102 years young on Friday.

To celebrate, it looks like they had all of Milford get in their cars and parade by her house. Law enforcement, firefighters, and more were in attendance.
