Bayhealth employees honor racism victims
LEWES, Del. – Monday afternoon, hundreds of Bayhealth employees and physicians at each of their hospitals and facilities participated in a collective 8 minute and 46 second moment of silence in remembrance of George Floyd and all victims of racism.
Bayhealth says they “consider it a privilege to work with a diverse group of individuals are to care for our African American communities.” With the largest healthcare system in southern Delaware, Bayhealth says they want to foster peace, relieve pain, and be partners in the fight for equality.
