UPDATE: Dewey Beach restaurant fire ruled arson, officials seeking information from public
DEWEY BEACH, Del. – Officials say the fire that broke out at the Lighthouse Restaurant in Dewey Beach late last month was intentionally set.
The fire broke out at around 10 p.m. on April 23rd. The restaurant was still under construction and was slated to open summer of 2020.
Anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible should contact the Delaware Fire Marshal at 302-856-5600, Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, or Harvey, Hanna, & Associates at 302-323-9300 ext. 112. Officials say there is a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
