Somerset Co. lifting restrictions on short-term rentals

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Somerset County Government officials announced on Friday that in line with Governor Hogan’s Executive Order lifting the statewide stay-at-home order, the restriction on short-term rentals in the county has been lifted.

Airbnb, Bed and Breakfast, or other short term rental properties may begin accepting new occupants at this time.
