Police: Two-month long investigation leads to arrest of heroin dealer

WORCESTER COUNTY, Md. – Police say a two month long investigation led them to a man who was allegedly dealing heroin and fentanyl throughout Maryland and Delaware.

24-year-old Devine Jakar Lynch was arrested on Thursday after police say their surveillance of him led to a traffic stop, where Lynch fled on foot.

After police caught him, they searched the hotel room he was staying in and say they found over three hundred bags of heroin.

Lynch now faces charges that include possession with intent to distribute heroin and resisting arrest.
