Police: Man threatened to kill girlfriend with pistol after argument
SEAFORD, Del.- One man is facing charges after police say he got into an argument with his girlfriend, threatened her with a pistol and then poked her in the face several times.
The argument allegedly happened Saturday night around 11:15, when police responded to a home on Middleford Road in Seaford.
Once arriving, police say a 34-year-old woman told them she had been in a fight with her boyfriend, 43-year-old Christopher Mann, who then threatened to kill her with a pistol and then poked in the face with his finger.
The victim was not injured.
Mann was later arrested outside of the house and now faces charges that include aggravated menacing and terroristic threatening.
