Pocomoke manufacturer drops off face shields to OC Police
OCEAN CITY, Md. – One local business is working to make sure first responders stay safe during this pandemic.
On Thursday, Hardwire LLC posted on Facebook that they dropped off boxes of face shields to the Ocean City Police Department. Hardwire recently expanded their operations by 40,000 square feet to make room for more production of shields and hire 100 more workers. Hardwire says they now make about half a million shields per week.
