Open for Business: Taco Bliss reopens under new ownership
SALISBURY, Md. – “I’m overly excited because I love the Hispanic culture in general when it comes to food,” said Jeremiah Burns at Taco Blissfull.
Jeremiah Burns and his team are doing all they can to keep a Mexican restaurant in Salisbury alive.
Taco Bliss recently closed after the owner announced he wasn’t able to continue due to health issues, but now it’s under new ownership and this team here is calling it Taco Blissfull.
“So, we stepped in and we made it Taco Blissfull to let people know that it’s under new ownership and that we already have our own following, but we didn’t change the name completely out of respect and love for the fact that this was somebody else’s original vision,” said Burns.
Burns says he’s depending on delivery, pick up and carry out to keep this business going, but ultimately we’re told it’s the restaurant’s authentic food and the love from his customers that will keep business afloat during this difficult time.
“Despite the hurt, people are still trying their best to support local businesses and especially with our small entities,” said Burns.
We’re told Taco Blissfull is now under the ownership of the team at The Mad Hatter Cafe, which is temporarily closed for renovation.
Taco Blissfull says they’re also planning on food giveaways. For more information, click here.
