Ocean City senior honored with surprise graduation parade

OCEAN CITY, Md. – One local high school senior got her very own surprise graduation celebration.

On Friday, Remi Howard was surprised by her mother Hayley Howard, who put on a graduation parade for her after her official graduation was canceled. Ocean City firefighters and Ocean City Police lined up and waved while holding congratulations banners and cheering for the Stephen Decatur grad being a part of the class of 2020.
