At around 8:40 p.m., troopers responded to the 400 bock of South Lake Drive for a report of a subject walking around with a firearm. The victims said they could not understand what the man was saying, as he appeared to be intoxicated, nor did they know the man, other than knowing that he lived a few houses down.
The victims were not injured in the incident.

Fonseca was taken into custody and charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of aggravated menacing, possession of a firearm while under the influence, and disorderly conduct. He was held at SCI on $25,010 secured bond.
