Georgetown organization helps homeless population
GEORGETOWN, Del. – One local organization, with the help of some students, recently took care of the homeless population.
On Monday, staff from the Shepard’s Office handed out bags filled with necessities to the homeless. But, they say this couldn’t have been done without the help of the students at Delaware Military 4-H, who packed the individual bags. Notes of mindless and smiles were also placed on each bag.
