Family and friends celebrate 3-year-old’s birthday during pandemic

OCEAN PINES, Md. – Friends and family celebrated an Ocean Pines toddler’s third birthday social distancing style on Sunday.

We’re told they had a drive by birthday party for Lila Averill’s third birthday, with family, friends, and even neighbors.
