Delaware toll plazas to resume cash toll collection

DOVER, Del. – DelDOT officials say that Delaware’s three toll plazas will resume cash collection at 12 p.m. this Thursday, May 21st.

The toll plazas, including I-95, Biddles, and Dover, temporarily closed on March 17th due to COVID-19. Drivers operating vehicles without a valid E-ZPass transponder mounted will once again need to use the cash lanes to pay their tolls.

In addition to cash lanes reopening, all Delaware Toll Plazas will reopen for walk-in services.
