Del. church pastor honored through celebration during COVID-19 pandemic

FRANKFORD, Del. – A big celebration was held on Saturday in Frankford to honor 80-year-old Rosie Hall.

Hall is a pastor at a local church and recently lost her sister due to COVID-19 complications, so church members say this was the perfect way to celebrate her and honor her sister.
