Annabelle’s BBQ & Creamery opening in Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Just in time for the summer season, the owner of the restaurants Liquid Assets and Our Harvest is opening Annabelle’s BBQ and Creamery in Ocean City next week.

As the name suggests, they’ll serve BBQ and ice cream. The owner says they take pride in everything being homemade including the bread and sauces. The ice cream will be outsourced for now from Chesapeake Bay Farms. Their menu includes brisket, ribs mac and cheese as well as some desserts like banana pudding and even bourbon milkshakes. The owner, John Trader, tells 47 ABC he wanted to pay tribute to America’s cuisine.

“You’ll understand right away the attention to detail. You’ll understand right away that it’s passion driven. That we care about every plate and we care about every bite. Most importantly with the picnic tables, it’s designed just for family,” says Trader.

Annabelle’s BBQ and Creamery is located bayside on 64th street. They’re planning to open next week starting of course with carryout so stay tuned to their Facebook page for updates.
