Talbot County reports first Coronavirus-related death

TALBOT COUNTY, Md. – Talbot County health officials have reported the first Coronavirus-related death in the county, bringing Maryland’s total death count to 53.

In a release, health officials say the individual was a woman in her 40s with “significant co-morbidities.” Officials say the woman had no contact with her co-workers prior to her symptoms, and that her family members have been isolated since her hospitalization and are now being monitored for symptoms.
