MAC Center reaching out to seniors during coronavirus pandemic

SALISBURY, Md. – The MAC Senior Center is reaching out to seniors during the COVID-19 pandemic through the new Care Watch program.

Care Watch can help lower shore seniors who live alone and are feeling isolated, lonely, or depressed, are worried about getting food or medications, need some type of assistance to help them continue living safely and independently at home, or are experiencing memory loss or confusion.

Seniors in need of assistance may call MAC at 410-742-0505 Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. and ask for Care Watch. Volunteers will also be available to chat with seniors who are lonely.
