Local woman creates balloon artwork for One Million Bubbles of Hope campaign

Johnson says she created the piece in her front yard as part of the One Million Bubbles of Hope campaign, which is an initiative for artists across the country to bring a message of hope and happiness amid the coronavirus pandemic. She also says she wants to remind everyone to stick together, stay home, and be kind.
