Homer Gudelsky Beach Park closed until further notice
WEST OCEAN CITY, Md. – Worcester County Rec & Parks officials say that as a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, Homer Gudelsky Park will be closed to the public until further notice.
This comes after Worcester County playgrounds were closed to the public on March 23rd. The park, located at the end of Route 707 in West Ocean City directly across from the Ocean City Inlet, will remain closed until Governor Hogan’s stay-at-home order is lifted.
Other Worcester County parks and trails will remain open for passive recreation, such as walking and jogging. Park users are urged to continue to practice social distancing.
