Fifer Orchards open for business with curbside pickup in Delaware

DELAWARE- Fifer Orchards in Delaware has stayed open during the coronavirus pandemic, however, they say they are doing business differently at their store front locations.

At both their Camden and Dewey Beach location they started doing curbside pickups two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, their orchard was scheduled to open April 3, but we’re told they’ve postponed that opening.

With the new curbside appointments, customers go online and pre-order their products, something customers have responded well to.

“They have came out and they miss us so much and they’re waiving in their cars, and we wanna see them, I mean those are our customers, they come every year, they look forward to coming her, and just the support and positive comments that’s whats keeping us going is that,” Jessica Yocum, an employee from Fifer Orchards, said.

We’re told pick up days are only Tuesdays and Fridays right now.
