Del. man arrested on drug charges
FELTON, Del. – Felton Police arrested a Camden-Wyoming man on drug charges following a domestic disturbance on Wednesday.
Police say when they arrived on scene of the incident in the 200 block of N. Erin Ave, the suspect, 22-year-old Temple Jefferson IV, was seen in a vehicle in front of the residence. The officer activated his emergency lights when Jefferson put the vehicle in reverse, crashing into the front of the police car.
Jefferson was found in possession of 132 ecstasy pills at the time of the incident.
He was subsequently arrested and charged with manufacturing/deliver/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a tier 3 quantity, possession of a controlled substance in a tier 3 quantity, and possession of drug paraphernalia not related to personal use quantity of marijuana. He was later released on $2,500 unsecured bond.
