BREAKING: 2020 Delaware State Fair still on, all concerts canceled

HARRINGTON, Del. – Delaware State Fair officials announced an update on this year’s fair on Facebook early Monday afternoon.

Officials say that plans for the fair are still a go, however all concerts that were scheduled for this year’s event have been canceled.
