Worcester Co. playgrounds closing temporarily beginning Monday

WORCESTER CO., Md. – Worcester County Recreation & Parks announced on Monday that they are closing all county park playgrounds and suspending the rent of county park pavilions and fields starting Monday.

Playgrounds will remain closed until further notice. Parks and trails will remain open for “passive recreation”, such as walking and jogging, however, park users are strongly encouraged to practice social distancing.
