WiHi captures second consecutive regional crown

SALISBURY, Md- The WiHi boys basketball team captured their second consecutive 2A East championship, defeating North Caroline 75-52 on Thursday night in Salisbury.

WiHi’s Antwan Wilson finished with a game-high 22 points, with teammate Jayson Handy added 16. North Caroline’s Jason Brown finished with a team-high 11 points.

The Tribe will be the top-seed in 2A and will welcome in Dunbar (Baltimore) to the WallerDome on Saturday.
