Three new coronavirus cases in Somerset Co, health department confirms

WESTOVER, Md. – The Somerset County Health Department says that three additional Somerset County residents have tested positive for the coronavirus.

The individuals include a woman in her 60s and a couple in their 80s, all of which were community transmitted. All three are currently being treated at PRMC in Salisbury. It is unknown at this time if the female case is connected to the couple.

The health department is working on contact tracing for those who have been in contact with the individuals. If someone has been in contact with them, they will be notified.
