Police: Man strangled woman inside of Atlantic Sands Hotel
REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – A Dover man is facing felony charges after police say he strangled a woman inside of the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Conference Center in Rehoboth Beach on Saturday night.
Police say just after 9:30 Saturday night, they were called to the hotel by a person who could hear the female victim screaming for help inside her room.
When police arrived, they say they found 42-year-old Daniel Sullivan and the female victim inside a room where there were signs of a struggle.
Sullivan was arrested and charged with one count of felony strangulation as well as disorderly conduct.
