Parkside girls capture first regional crown since 2009
SALISBURY, Md- The Parkside girls basketball team won their first regional championship since 2009 defeating Queen Anne’s 69-40 on Wednesday night in Salisbury.
Parkside junior Jackie Wright finished with a game-high 25 points, with teammate Amanda Ballard netting 17.
The undefeated Rams will host a state quarterfinal game on Friday against an opponent to be determined.
