OCPD seeks public’s help in finding missing man

OCEAN CITY, Md. – The Ocean City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding Scott David Defelice, a 48-year-old male who hasn’t been heard from since March 4th.

Defelice is described as 6’0, 190 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
