Ocean City beach, boardwalk to remain closed until April 30th
OCEAN CITY, Md. – Ocean City Mayor Rick Meehan announced on Monday that the closure of the beach and boardwalk will be extended through April 30th.
This declaration also closes the Inlet parking lot. In addition, visitors and non-resident property owners are being told to not travel to Ocean City.
The Town of Ocean City is working with the Hotel Motel Restaurant Association and Chamber of Commerce to ensure that everyone is complying with the Governor’s executive orders. Property owners should cancel any and all short-term rentals through April 30th. This includes real estate companies and third-party rentals, including but not limited to Airbnb, Home Away, and VRBO.
