Milford man arrested for 4th DUI
REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – Delaware State Police arrested a Milford man on his 4th DUI charge early Friday morning.
At around 12:30 a.m., a trooper saw a vehicle speeding on Coastal Highway in the area of Old Landing Road, and initiated a traffic stop. On contact with the driver, 52-year-old Marc White of Milford, a strong odor of alcohol was detected, and a DUI investigation was launched.
It was learned through a computer check that White had three prior DUI convictions.
White was arrested and charged with 4th offense DUI (felony), failure to have proof of insurance, and speed in excess of posted limits. He was held at SCI on $6,150 cash bail.
