Malls closing for COVID-19

MARYLAND– Malls across the state are having to close their doors following an order from Governor Larry Hogan Thursday morning.

It’s all in an effort to stop the spread of coronavirus.

Governor Hogan ordered the closure of all shopping malls and entertainment venues in the state.

They had to close by 5 p.m. Thursday.

At this point, it’s not clear how long these closures will last.

Just recently, Maryland suffered its first death as a result of the virus and the state experienced its first pediatric case involving a five year old.
