Gov. Carney orders mandatory self-quarantines for people coming into Delaware
DELAWARE – Governor John Carney has ordered all people coming into Delaware to immediately self-quarantine for fourteen days.
Governor Carney announced the order on Sunday saying the period is measured from the time of entry into the state, or for the duration of the individual’s presence in the state – whichever is shorter.
The order does not apply to travelers who are merely passing through the state.
The order takes effect Monday at 8 a.m.
