Gold Alert issued for missing Lewes woman

MILLSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a Lewes woman who was reported missing on Tuesday.

According to police, 28-year-old Nicole Sheppard was last seen leaving a residence on Layton Davis Road in Millsboro. She is believed to be on foot in the Oak Orchard/Mount Joy area.

She is 5’8″, 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
