UPDATE: Death investigation underway on Magnolia Drive in Seaford

3/3 UPDATE: Police say the victim in Sunday’s death investigation has been identified as a female.

We’re told the cause of death is not suspicious in nature. No further information is available at this time.

SEAFORD, Del. – Seaford Police are investigating a deadly fire they believe killed one person on Magnolia Drive.

Fire officials tell 47 ABC they received a report of the fire around 11 AM. When they arrived, first responders say they saw a fire in the back of a home.

That is where we are told one person was found dead.

Fire officials say information is very limited at this time as the investigation into this fire is ongoing.
