Va. family thanks Mardela Springs Fire Department for their help during a serious car crash

MARDELA SPRINGS, Md. – A Virginia family is sending their gratitude to the Mardela Springs Volunteer Fire Company, after they helped them during a horrific accident.

The fire company posted on their Facebook page that the family came back to thank them on Tuesday. On February 11th, firefighters helped rescue and extinguish their car after it overturned several times in a single-vehicle crash. Their family dog, Rio, ran away from the crash, and firefighters helped to find him.
